What are you looking at? Smoke and aerosols from the Australian fires marching east. NASA says the smoke blob, which has caused air quality issues in New Zealand and South America, will make at least one full circuit across the globe before returning to Australian skies.

  1. I think environmentalists exploit such events for their own benefit, at was predicted by the old shepherd a century ago. The Bible says that earth will be destroyed by fire, that a ‘star’ will hit us and wipe out a third of humanity. Possibly also a few polar bears, alpacas or even kangaroos.

    Meanwhile, every volcano does more damage that mankind had done since the beginning of time.

    Arson seems to be playing a role, as suspected long ago.
